Domestic water distribution supplied to a 7,945-gallon capacity water storage tank located at the upper penthouse level. Hot water provided by Patterson Kelly Compact semi-instantaneous direct steam connections and mixing units.

Security: •

Security system with security cameras surveying main lobby and elevators; security guard(s) present at lobby desk 24 hours a day.

Parking: • Private parking lots and garages nearby.
Slabs: •

Upper floor and roof framing system is comprised of reinforced concrete slabs supported by steel framing.

Life Safety Systems: •

Building contains hard-wire smoke detectors with battery backup coupled with a centralized fire command center in building lobby and pull stations throughout building. Emergency lighting located in all common area corridors and exit routes.

Elevators: •

Four, Otis passenger-only elevators, one passenger/freight elevator which serves the sub-basement through the upper penthouse level. Additionally one freight elevator serving the sub-basement through ground floor of building.

Freight Elevator: • Dedicated cab serving the sub-basement through ground floor.
Loading Dock: •

Elevator opening to loading dock space accessed from West 39th Street.

Glazing: •

Curtain wall glazing system with aluminum mullions and partial brick veneer.
